About Us

Global Construction Pvt. Ltd. (GCPL) was established in the year 1986 as proprietorship firm with an aim of to contribute in growing construction industry of Nepal. After its successful entry, the firm was converted to a Private Limited Company under the Private Limited Company Act. 2021 of Government of Nepal; took only six years period to travel from Class ‘D’ to a leading Class ‘A’ contractors of Nepal.

GCPL is being operated by a group of engineers and managers, who are qualified and experienced in Civil Infrastructure and Electrical Projects. It’s registered/head office and corporate office is situated in Kathmandu, Nepal.

GCPL is having numbers of qualified and experienced engineering and administrative personnel at its disposal to drive the organisation and also equipped with numbers of modern construction equipment and machineries.

During its’ past contract tenure GCPL have completed numbers of construction contracts major among those were related to Road, Building construction, Water supply, Irrigation, River training, Environmental protection/improvement and Electricity/Power Projects.
GCPL also scored position of being the first Contractors of Nepal, executed the first modern Sewage Treatment Plant of Nepal in Kathmandu.

Our capabilities also include Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPS) Projects. We have an experience to work with some leading international contractors/organizations in different projects in past, viz.

Crown Agents — Kier International Joint Venture, UK in Malekhu — Mugling and Butwal – Narayanghat Highway.
Ando Kensatue Co.Ltd, Japan in Bagmati Sewage Treatment Plant.
China International Water & Electric Corporation (CWE), China in different Electrical Projects.
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), China in Water Supply Project and
Crompton Greaves Ltd, India in Electrical Substation Projects.
